Free basic support

We offer the users of our products comprehensive technical support without a time limit. It doesn’t matter when you purchased DIABASS: we continue to assist you free of charge as part of our basic support service through online inquiries or in our support forum.

ATTENTION: The purchase price of the software does not include telephone services.
Like large software manufacturers, we too are unable to offer a telephone hotline free of charge.

Telephone support

If you nevertheless would like telephone support or remote maintenance, you can acquire a chargeable support ticket for these services. For doctors and hospitals we offer a maintenance contract.

Updates and new versions

DIABASS is constantly undergoing further development: every quarter at least one new version appears with improvements and extensions (e.g. data transfer from new meters).

So that you are always up to date and can also use future meters not yet supported by your DIABASS version, we recommend the acquisition of an update subscription. We recommend that doctors and hospitals sign a maintenance contract: You will then receive a CD every quarter with the latest updates and access to the download area, where you can download later updates.
In addition, users with a maintenance contract are entitled to telephone support or remote maintenance once a month.
